About Us

Kuuipo Weddings & Events was established in 2017 by Owner and lead planner, Kuuipo Muscutt.

Kuuipo is a proud mom of five and wife of 10 years to her husband, Cory. Her family is her
testimony to her passion in this field; without their support, she could not be the success she is
today.

Kuuipo is a Native Hawaiian born on the island of Maui and raised in a tiny fishing village called
Maalaea. She spent most of her days with her brothers fishing, diving, camping and entertaining
family and friends in her small plantation cottage. Her father was a local akule boat captain and
heavy equipment operator for Hawaii Commercial & Sugar Cane company. Her mother was a
very hard-working housekeeper for Wailea resorts and is now a staff member for Kahului
Elementary School.

The sugar cane fields surrounding her home are where she spent most of her childhood gazing at
the stars and dreaming of all of the endless possibilities. She carries the heart of a hopeless
romantic and always looks to see the best in those around her. In turn, she hopes to bring the best
out of each person she encounters.

With over 20 years of hospitality experience and just over a decade of wedding and event
planning experience, she loves what she does! This passion for people has allowed her to create
memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experiences that couples, clients, and partnered creatives are
excited to be a part of.
